Mar Dolomit oder Terme Meran

Please forgive my use of English. I can read German but I don't write very well.
My wife and I enjoy visiting thermes and saunas when we visit Germany. In October we will travel to Italy and spend some time in the Tirol/Alto Aldige. I see there is a therme in Bozen and one in Meran, towns we plan to visit. Does have anyone have experience with either or maybe both? Any recommendations?
