Vielleicht ist Kenntnis des Phänomens des "paradoxical undressing" mal für einen Nackten lebensrettend wenn man so einen trifft. Bei stärkerer Unterkühlung treten recht häufig Überhitzungsgefühle auf und bei fortschreitender Bewußtseinstrübung zieht sich das Opfer sinnwidrigerweise teilweise oder ganz aus, was von Uninformierten mißverstanden werden kann, so daß sie keine vielleicht noch rechtzeitige Hilfe leisten.
